To meet the client’s speed requirement, we made an improvement in the sealing mechanism. Normally, the packing speed is around 15-25 bags per minute. By upgrading the sealing knife, we installed a servo-driven motor on the servo arm (instead of the standard position on the horizontal sealing device). This modification allows the horizontal sealing knife to heat-seal the bag as the film falls, significantly improving the packing speed. As a result, the packing speed increased to 180 bags per minute across 3 machines.
